Moon Over Buffalo

Season: 2017 Main Stage Season

Author: Ken Ludwig

Director: Leslie Kimbell

Genre: Comedy

Location: Colleen O Williams Theater, Winder, GA 30680

Synopsis:

It is 1953, and Charlotte & George Hay are on tour with "Cyrano de Bergerac" (the revised, one nostril, version) and Noel Coward's "Private Lives". Unfortunately, everything that could go wrong does - they are about to split up due to George’s dalliance with a young ingénue, and no one knows which play they are performing because of Charlotte’s old deaf stage-manager mother (who hates every bone in George’s body). Then, they receive word that they may have one last shot at stardom: Director Frank Capra is coming to town to see their matinee. If he likes what he sees, he just might cast them in his movie remake of "The Scarlet Pimpernel".
